Debra DuRoff, FACHE, has accepted the position of Administrative Director of Planning and Development. Ms. DuRoff has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management and administration. Prior to joining Beverly Hospital, she held positions of VP of Business Development at St. Vincent Medical Center, and VP of Business Development/Strategic Planning at Dignity Health Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health Center. Her other professional associations include executive positions at: Premier, Inc.: VHA, Inc.; Tower Health; and Tenet Healthcare. Ms. DuRoff is also well versed in Worker’s Compensation business model. She served as the Regional VP of Sales/West Division for US HealthWorks for eight years, responsible for business development and marketing.
Ms. DuRoff holds a Master of Public Administration (Emphasis in Health Service Administration) from University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of California, Santa Barbara (UC Santa Barbara). Ms. DuRoff is also a Board certified healthcare executive. She’s a Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). In her capacity as the Administrative Director of Planning and Development, Ms. DuRoff will support the CEO on the hospital’s strategic initiatives development. She will also lead the business development, marketing, managed care network and contracting , physician development, and community relations efforts consistent with the goals and objectives of the institution.
